On April 11, 2024, the YLD Committee will host a CLE entitled “Help! Navigating the Basics of State and Federal Courts” at the Chester H. Ferguson Law Center at 4:30 PM.

Join us for a panel discussion tailored to assist young lawyers in understanding the day-to-day differences between state and federal courts. This session offers specific, practical guidance on the basics of both legal systems, including case management and discovery. The panel will be followed by a happy hour in collaboration with the Ferguson-White Inn of Court.
