2023 ANNUAL LUNCHEON

The Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association hosted its prestigious Annual Membership Luncheon at the University Club. The Annual Luncheon featured State of the District addresses by United States District Judge Mary Scriven, Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge Caryl Delano, United States Attorney Roger Handberg, and Federal Defender Alec Hall.

STAYING IN THE GAME: PRACTICING WITH PURPOSE

Staying in the Game is an annual event hosted by the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association that promotes the retention of female and diverse attorneys in the legal profession. The theme of this year’s event was “Practicing with Purpose,” and featured an afternoon coffee and CLE program, followed by a networking happy hour with refreshments and hors d’oeuvres.

JULY 2023

SUMMER LAW CAMP

This fun, interactive camp gives high school students an inside view of the federal legal system. They hear from federal and state judges as well as experienced professionals about how our federal courts work. They also learn about criminal and civil law, from experts in internet privacy, and an industry leader in the First Amendment. The program is packed with highly-esteemed, subject matter gurus and is focused on engaging high school students.
